    * If you choose to fax your registration form, we kindly suggest you to send an electronic version of the form via email to mdm2008@nscits.com, because sometimes the faxed version is not quite clear.

  • Each accepted paper  must have at least one author (either student or not) to take author registration before February  20th, 2008 to have the paper included in the proceedings, and student registration is NOT eligible in this case.
  • Authors for both main conference and workshops should take author registration. In this case, you need to provide paper ID, paper title(s) (only first words are needed if the space can not hold the whole title), and paper type.
  • If you have multiple papers accepted by MDM’08 main conference and workshops, you should take author registration for each accepted paper.
  • If you register for MDM’08, you can attend both the main conference and workshops as a participant.  This year there is no workshop-only registration.
  • Student registration must be accompanied by an eligible student ID card.
  • The length of the final version of your paper should NOT exceed the page limit in the camera-ready IEEE style. Extra pages beyond the limit will be charged at the cost of 100$/page.
  • Conference regular registration includes admission to the main conference and workshops, e-proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches (four days during workshop and conference), reception on April 27, banquet on April 29, and gifts; conference student registration includes admission to conference and workshops, e-proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches (four days); Accompanying person registration includes lunches (three days), reception on April 27, and the banquet on April 29.
  • Cancellation Policy: Fees will be refunded if a written request is received at least 15 days prior to the event. There will be an administrative charge of US$20 for cancellations.
