The Fourth International workshop on Cloud Data Management (CloudDB 2012) will bring together researchers and practitioners in cloud computing and data-intensive system design, programming, parallel algorithms, data management, scientific applications, and information-based applications to maximize performance, minimize cost and improve the scale of their endeavours.

Data management is one of the most important research areas in cloud computing. Even though increasing research interests are focused in this area, people still need a forum to exchange their ideas and results. This workshop aims to provide such a forum. This workshop also aims to reflect top research progress in the cloud data management area.

Important Dates:
  • Individual Workshop Papers Due: June 29, 2012 July 12, 2012
  • Notification of Acceptance: August 3, 2012
  • Camera Ready: August 26, 2012 (hard deadline for publication)
  • Workshop Date: October 29, 2012

Selected papers will be included in a special issue on Cloud Data Management to be published on JCST Special Issue on Cloud Data Management.
The Journal of Computer Science and Technology (JCST) is an international forum for publishing high quality and refereed papers on original research and innovatory applications in all aspects of computer science and technology. The journal is published by Springer-Verlag and covered in many authoritative indexing and abstracting systems.
